IPU DELHI MBBS Counselling 2020

IPU MBBS Admission –Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conduct the counselling of Indraprastha University MBBS after the discharge of merit list. IPU MBBS counselling 2020 are often attended by only those candidates who have qualified in NEET and have successfully filled the appliance form. IPU MBBS counselling is held for allotment of seats to medical programmes to the shortlisted candidates within the participating institutes.

What is IPU MBBS Admission Counselling ? 

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducts IPU MBBS counselling  for admission to MBBS and BDS courses at an undergraduate level offered by the participating institutes of Indraprastha University (IPU).

 
IPU MBBS Counselling  – Steps 
 
Step 1- Payment of IPU MBBS Counselling Fees

All the chosen candidates for IPU  counselling will need to pay a fee of Rs.1000 including another applicable charges to participate.
In order to pay the counselling participation fees, candidates need to visit the GGSIP University admission website – ipuadmissions.nic.in and choose the choice for – payment of counselling participation fees, enter NEET roll number, date of birth and mobile number. they will pay the fees either in online mode or via challan. Also, they need to retain the copy of fee receipt for future references.

Step 2- Verification of documents

After payment of application fees, candidates are required to travel for document verification at the allotted centre. they’re required to hold all the first also as a photocopy(self-attested) of the prescribed documents. Also, just in case any document is found to be illegal or incorrect, then the candidature of the candidate are going to be cancelled. Candidates can check below the list of prescribed documents:

  1. NEET Admit Card 
  2. NEET UG Result
  3. Fee receipt of IPU MBBS counselling
  4. Class 10th and 12th marksheet and certificate 
  5. Passport size photographs
  6. Aadhar Card
  7. Character certificate 
  8. Transfer certificate 
  9. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  10. Any other prescribed documents 
Step 3: Selection of course and seat allotment

After verification of documents, candidates will need to appear for IPU MBBS counselling process. At the time of the counselling, the committee will show the list of schools which will be allotted as per the rank secured within the IPU MBBS  merit list. Candidates will then need to select a course and college from an equivalent list as per their choice. On the idea of IPU MBBS rank, preferences of schools also as courses, availability of seats and reservation criteria, candidates are going to be allotted seats and that they are going to be eligible for the IPU MBBS admission .

Step 4-Reporting to the Allotted College

Those candidates who are allotted a seat in any of their choice of institutes and course then they’re going to need to report back to that specific institution at the precise date and time. Also, they have to pay the admission fees so as to verify their seats
